Ninja Van - Misleading Information Given
The item should be delivered on 13 September 2017. However no update. Called on 14 September 2017 for few times and the customer service claimed that will be delivered by 14 September however no news until as of today (17 September 2017). Called again on 15 September however phone was hung up.
Ninja Van moves like turtle-item bought from Lazada
Tracking shows item picked-up on 10th of September, 2017 but item yet to be delivered/received at time of writing(14th September 2017 14.57). Tracking shows it is still at sorting hub. Does Ninja move like turtle?. So inefficient.
