Ninjavan worst service 5 parcels straight

My parcel has been ordered 4 days ago and ninjavan kept quiet about it. Worst *** service. Last time I ordered from Decathlon it arrived after 2 weeks. Horrors! Some more it claims the owner works hard. Bad service been going on for years, works hard to what?

Nag order alo sa seller ko for (5times) at lagi kung pinipiling courier ang NINJAVAN kasi reliable,fast delivery, at mababait ang mga Ninja. But this July 4, 2019 I'll never thought na magiging busy ang shoppe because of "Free shipping" lately ko nalang na realize na Delayed ang order ko because of Shoppes' Promo at dahil dyan seguro kaya until now hindi pa dumadating. I'll been sending EMAILS At Chinachat din mismo ng Seller, but still? Same reason parin from NinjaVan. Na disappoint talaga ako sobra. I thought it was the best courier of all but JULY 19 na but still? There's no parcel.

Driver said that he knocked on my gate, but no one was answering so he called me. I told him that I was at work and that I would ask someone inside the house to come pick it up. He said okay. When my grandmother comes to the front gate, no one is there. I ask the courier what happened. He said that he'd been knocking for 20 mins and no one was there. It took me less than a minute to call my grandmother and it took her around a minute to get to the front gate. How arrogant and impatient can your couriers get?? I don't understand why he even called me if his intention was to leave anyway???

I Placed order on 20 aug..Supplier post on 21st aug.. Estimated delivery time was on 26 August 19.. Already 2nd September no any updates... Local shipping..not even overseas.. Please improve your service.. Or let go to other courier company to take over... I have already told suppliers to change courier service.. Seriously ur service extremely poor.. Ur tracking system do need lots of improvement . Poor management!!!!!

I've always been using ninja van service since I started in online shopping. All I can say is that, all of them are good. They are all respectful and kind. I guess, I didn't encounter a rude driver yet but I'm hoping to not get one.Shrug

Rider resets the delivery date & he input remarks to shopee that i declare change delivery date but i never reset instead I've waited until 5:30PM yesterday. Until now my item has not arrived. My address is within the city, very accessible anytime of the day. ngayon sasabihin nila na wala ako sa bahay? andito lang ako buong araw?m, ni confirmation/calls ni wala, ngayun hindi parin dumating yong order ko!! subrang tamad ng driver!!

For all I know, they should be responsible in communicating with their customer when the parcel is "for Delivery". I've been online buying ever since kasi hassle free nga siya.

But this scenario is different. My parcel was marked as "Delivered, no one to receive" (something like that) kasi i addressed my parcel to my husbands work address. I was si confident becoz I have never experience anything like this. Kasi nag nonotify talaga sila. Pero this time hindi. Tinamad siguro ang rider kaya hindi na nag text.

I contacted one of their customer rep. asking if its possible to deliver my parcel in a different address (home address). Well, as always they never answered my question. In fact, they want me to contact the seller and ask for my address to be changed. I was confused. Why do I have to contact the seller? She already did what she has to do. Its to ship my order and that's it. The customer rep didnt explained well why should I contact the seller.

They should assure their customer that they will talk to the rider who is incharge of the delivery and get back to me if they have an update. But what HE did particularly was, he kept on telling me to track my parcel. WTF!! Is he even reading my email.

Once again, i explain again that was actually looking at my tracking. We both are running in circles. There's no sense in contacting their customer representative. They don't know how to work on being a Customer Respresentative.

Ironically the founder Lai Chang Wen started NinjaVan because he was frustrated with courier services for his own online store. Now he probably realized that having a cute ninja cartoon as mascot does not make a logistic company run more efficiently.

Poor service! This has happened to me a couple of times. I'm so disappointed! My parcel is always being tagged as undelivered, etc. Resulting to return to sender even though I haven't received any text or update before it will be delivered and the fact that I'm always here in my condo! Riders are lazy to deliver and making up reasons for failed delivery! I suggest you manage your shipping properly to avoid hassle and conflict with the customers.

Oo sobra at laging nag mamadali gusto pag tawag e lumipad na agad ang tao. Sa dmi ko n beses umorder sa shopee at sa dmi n ng courier n nagpnta sa bhay wala sila lhat problema pati mga seller ang problema ay Pag nkita kong ninjavan nabubwisit na ako kaagad kasi alam ko na ugali.. Kaya na dadala na ako umorder e..
