They are lazy when it comes to notifying the customer
For all I know, they should be responsible in communicating with their customer when the parcel is "for Delivery". I've been online buying ever since kasi hassle free nga siya.
But this scenario is different. My parcel was marked as "Delivered, no one to receive" (something like that) kasi i addressed my parcel to my husbands work address. I was si confident becoz I have never experience anything like this. Kasi nag nonotify talaga sila. Pero this time hindi. Tinamad siguro ang rider kaya hindi na nag text.

I contacted one of their customer rep. asking if its possible to deliver my parcel in a different address (home address). Well, as always they never answered my question. In fact, they want me to contact the seller and ask for my address to be changed. I was confused. Why do I have to contact the seller? She already did what she has to do. Its to ship my order and that's it. The customer rep didnt explained well why should I contact the seller.
They should assure their customer that they will talk to the rider who is incharge of the delivery and get back to me if they have an update. But what HE did particularly was, he kept on telling me to track my parcel. WTF!! Is he even reading my email.
Once again, i explain again that was actually looking at my tracking. We both are running in circles. There's no sense in contacting their customer representative. They don't know how to work on being a Customer Respresentative.
