Nafail kong kunin yung parcel dahil sabi at 6:30am on the way na naghintay ako hanggang 1 wala pa din kumain lang ako tas diko narinig call nila then nagpop up na na ayun nga then nagresched ako kahapon kinontact ko yung ninja sa website ang sabi ngayon daw on or before 26. 8:02pm na wala pa din yung binili ko.

Very poor service. 1-3 days of delivery did not materialize. Wag na po kayo pa deliver dito. Pag may problema di na papansinin follow up nyo.

Ninja van sucks!

Long story short “ninja van” sucks ! If you want to waste you time please do not use ninja van as your delivery company the tracking site is not working and they reschedule several times without any explanation! And the customer service is more like a bot than a actual human!

They received my parcel from my supplier june 8. Nagfollow up ako june 19 sabi nasa hub na daw at expected delivery is june 20. Pagka june 20 tumawag ulit ako tapos sabi sa 21 na naman daw. Pagka 21 sabi is nag attempt daw sila magdeliver pero wala failed kasi wala magrereceive. Paano nila nasabi na wala ako eh di naman nila alam yung eksaktong bahay ko then wala din text beforehand. Ang narerecieve ko lang is automated-text na di naman pwedeng replyan!Nakakainis! Sobra!

Nag punta ako sa hub nila to pick up my parcel kc mejo madami wala ako sa office kaya wala mag re receive ng parcel. nakakahiya nmn wala mag receive kaya pinuntahan q nlng sa hub nila. ang sabi ng supervisor doon ka sa labas kc hindi ka nmn taga dito! wow tama ba yun sabihin sa customer? tinatanung q lng nmn kung pwdi ako mag pick-up. Their "NO PICK-UP" Rule Sucks

Why don't they allow pick-ups at their delivery hubs when your delivery men fail to deliver the package? Is it a pain in the *** to sort out the deliveries into areas, just like the other couriers do? This is the reason why the other couriers, especially LBC and 2GO, are better than you.

Couldn't agree more. Stupid delivery idea.

Recipient need to at the receiving address the entire year 24/7 (no delivery date and time) waiting for the rider. If the attempt failed, same stupid process repeats again.

Was supposed to pick up my parcel at my mail box yesterday, but apparently they didn't and DON'T know how to go to the post office and just drop off the item there. And it the office wasn't open yet, they could've just gone and do the other deliveries first, then come back and drop it off. Can't even use common sense... Smh.

Rude Rider/ Bad Service

The rider is very rude. I had my order delivered in my work address. The rider wanted me to go out of the building and meet him on the other company's gate. I ask him if he can just meet me at a nearer place since I am not allowed to leave the office on a working hour, he shouted at me and answered very sarcastically. Did not even face me when I called his attention to know how much I have to pay (I had 2 delivery schedule that day that is why I do not know which comes first). I frequently order online but this is the first time I had my order thru Ninja Van. Very bad customer service.

I reschedule my parcel i tx the delievery driver the CODE 688 to put in a safe please then i reschedule on June 17,2019 because sunday is a father's day wr out of town! The deliever man of LAHUG AREA CEBU CITY! Is very LAZY when i check my shoppee details on deliever but they put the details LOST ITEM!

Incomplete address daw kahit complete naman and ilang beses na sila nagdeliver sa bahay. Tamad ang ibang rider. No attempt to deliver tapos they will tagged it na lang as incompete address.

The only messaged I received is that there would be a delivery attempt. They didn't call me.

They didn't even sent me the rescheduling link and my Parcel has its own rescheduling date. They are the ones rescheduling it.

LIKE WTF? PLEASE CALL ME I HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER ON THE DAMN PARCEL.

Super bad service

I've received SMS from Ninja Van stating that they will be sending my parcel to my workplace. I called the security (Guardhouse) informing them about the delivery from Ninja Van and informed the Receptionist as well, just in case I am not around.

Around 10 am plus, I received SMS saying that I wasn't around and reschedule my delivery!! The whole morning I was waiting for them to deliver, and just because I've missed picking up their call because I was in the toilet, they reschedule the delivery. I've asked the guardhouse if by mistake they don't allow Ninja Van to enter the premises but they swear that there is no sight of Ninja Van around. I truly believe that Ninja Van doesn't even come to my place to make an attempt to deliver.

Tried to call that missed number numerous time but no one pick up! Their service is super bad.

Lazy delivery man

This is my worst experience ever thru ninja van. I never expected this to happen since Ive chose this many times as my courier. Hindi ang delivery man ang ngbigay sa item ko kundi ibang tao. Puwede ba iyon? Tapos siya pa yong ang tagal ng text ako pa iyong pinamamadali. Hindi po aku robot, trabaho po cguro ninyo na maihatid mismo sa ng.order hind sa iba at sila pa ang inutusan niyo. Kainis lng dahil hindi ko alam na ang text pala sa akin ay yung ibang tao hindi ang delivery man. Naguluhan tuloy aku, ar naghamon pa ng gulo yung ng.text.. Advice lng pi,next time be kind as possible and dont be so lazy dahil trabaho po ninyu iyan. Kung ayaw niyo mawalan ng costumer, pakisabihan niyo rin yung mga delivery man. Salamat po. God bless us all.

No good manners and right conduct, dapat may customer service Yong delivery boy ninyo Akala kon sino ang lakas ng boses ang mga boarders namin dito natutulog PA, Ganito yun tapos na nagbayad yong boarder dito ang sabi iwan Lang sa guard, bakit kunan PA nya ang guard ng picture anong akala nya magnanakaw?dalawang beses na ito, dapat ipa drug test ninyu ang mga deliver boy ninyu kasi walang mudo ,Wala ako problima sa lazada at shopee na delivery boy, na bwe bwesit talaga pag ninja van.

Same here po!napakawalnghiyang rider po!kabago bago lang kung umasta akala mo may ari ng shoppee!sabihan ba nman akong wag na daw akong mag costumer?aysus dapat po sa ganyan tinatanggal sa trabho.di po cla deserve sa company nyo.
