Poor delivery service

Would like to feedback that recently on several occasions my parcels were placed openly on top of my shoe cabinet outside my main gate, without any notifications from the delivery personnel be it a door bell ring nor a phone call nor even a text message. What if the parcels were taken away by passersby, will Ninja Van be responsible for the loss? They don't even have a proper channel on their website for customers to provide their feedback.

Lost packages and unreliable service

Second big issue I have with Ninjavan. Not including the 100s of smaller issues. Both times lost my package, and they would not reimburse me for the loss. My brand lost reputation to my customers because of this. Their customer support was not helpful at all, only providing standard issue replies. Besides lost packages, their pickup service are totally unreliable. Always late or never arrives, making me incurring penalties for late delivery from Zalora and Shopee.

hotline takes ages to go through, one double 11 and they cant handle the pick up and delivery , pick up supposed to come on monday till now wednesday after repeated arrangement of pick up, driver never show up. empty promises by customer service each day . worse and unreliable company !!!

I experienced so many times for this company to deliver my parcel Every time they send messenger and ask where I want them to deliver the parcel i always answer at safe place which is dry riser, but every time always ended the delivery man put on the shoe rack. And i hope ninja van can change the delivery man at sengkang area especially at anchorvale link.

From time to time, I track my parcel. From April 1 it says it was already in Borongan City, but today it already April 12 the parcel was still stuck there.

How long I still need to wait for my parcel to be delivered? It's only a two hour drive from Borongan to Guiuan where I reside. How come they still haven't delivered it? Do I need to wait for a month long just like my co-worker who had her parcel after a month later?

For your information, the parcel which they delivered to my co-worker was useless. They delivered it after her daughters birthday. We went to their warehouse in Borongan, but the guard only says Ninja Van doesn't allow pick-up. The parcel was already there but they have so many parcels on their warehouse, they still can't deliver it.

How come that Ninja Van still accept parcel in Eastern Samar when in fact they can't accommodate the huge number of deliveries? You're not only a hindrance to the costumers who order online and expect their parcel to be delivered on the expected delivery, but also to the online sellers who just trying to make a living through online selling. Since you can't accommodate all, can't you just ask those sellers who have deliveries in Eastern Samar to send their parcel to other courier?

Honestly, your service is very poor. I would surely recommend J & T courier instead of yours.

Delivery "service" loses customer items, customer "service" ignores questions about the failed delivery, gives boilerplate responses of "we have raised this to our internal team for escalation", and fails to address any of the customer concerns.
