Ninja Van - Lost parcel

I ordered a kindle paperwhite thru shopee and i am worried since its has been one week in the sorting hub. I called them and said my order should be on prio list since it was past the expected delivery date. But lo and behold just today after 8days they told me my parcel was missing.
