THE WHOLE WEEK MY PACKAGE WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY EACH DAY SINCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVED ON SUNDAY AT TAGB HUB. WAITED FOR CALLS, BUT NONE! NO ONE CAME , BUT PACKAGE WAS TAGGED AS NO ONE TO RECEIVE. I EVEN WENT TO THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK IT UP BUT THE LADY INFORMED ME PICK UP IS NOT ALLOWED, AND LONG DISTANCE ARE THEIR PRIORITY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ninja Van - Worst Courier Ever

More than a week already and yet they haven't pickup the parcels yet. They already re-scheduled the pickup date 2x and yet no one is picking up the parcels. Their excuse: they have a backlog due to the huge amount of deliveries 'coz of shopee's xmas promo. If you can't handle the load then quit your business already.

Ninja Van - Late Delivery

It took 2 and a half weeks them to deliver my package. Usually other couriers delivers my package within 3-5 days. Lesson learned, dont choose this snail courier to deliver your package.

Ninja Van - Unpleasant as ***

Received text saying a ninja would attempt delivery, and would call if no one is at home. But NO ONE CALL. When I checked my shoppee status update, they already updated it as failed attempt. I would have ask them to leave the parcels at the gate, BUT NO ONE *** CALL. They clearly mentioned in the text saying they would? I called Ninjavan hotline, I asked, they told me it's their protocol for their Ninja to call if no one is at home during delivery. Then? Why didn't anyone call? They offered me night delivery but couldn't do it on the same day. Because of your Ninja mistake, I need to wait again for my long awaited parcels? If it's not your protocol, don't come and tell me it's a protocol because apparently no one call.

I ordered & paid PhP6,400 for a JBL Charge 3 sound speaker from Lazada in the Philippines. Ninja Van made the delivery to my girl friend's home on December 4th, 2018. This was a birthday present that I instructed my gf not to open it until her birthday. Yesterday, 7th January, 2019 my gf opened the parcel & was horrified to find only a bottle of water. I complained to Lazada who have supplied photos of the boxed item and paperwork at the packing stage so I am confident the item was shipped. The parcel has been tampered with and the boxed JBL speaker stolen, & replaced with a bottle of water, whilst with the courier company NinjaVan Ph.

Tracking NLMY000000751867 shipped Dec 27, delivered Jan 6. Most other couriers in Malaysia takes 1-3 days, but NinjaVan is like slow motion.

I have been using shopee to order online and I was always happy until my last 2 purchase. The used Ninja Van to deliver the item and to my disgust I haven't received it in more than 2 weeks! And now, again! It is almost 2 weeks and wow! The item I have been waiting for is still being waited. Good Job Ninja Van. Keep it up! *** a lot of people so all of us would cancel our order, merchants won't get their money and you won't get profit. You will vanish kn the industry and you will only be remembered for your terrible service! Nonsense! Pwe!
