ORDERED AN IPHONE X FROM LAZADA AND WAS FORCED TO ENGAGE NINJAVAN FOR THE DELIVERY SERVICE, HAS ALREADY OPTED FOR A EXPRESS DELIVERY (SAME DAY DELIVERY) AND YET I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY *** FROM THEM ON THE SAME DAY UNTIL I CALLED UP TO CHECK.

IT TOOK ME 3 CALLS TO GET THIS PISSED OFF TO WRITE A REVIEW HERE. FIRST FEW CALLS WAS ALRIGHT, AT LEAST THEY WERE PATIENT.

THE FINAL CALL BY THE OPERATOR WITH THE NAME OF DAREN WAS UNHELPFUL, DOES NOT TELL ME ANY SOLUTION TO IT AND WAS PUSHING EVERYTHING TO THE NEXT PERSON THAT WILL BE CONTACTING ME AND THEN HE JUST HANG UP ON ME.

I MAY SOUND UNREASONABLE OR NASTY, THAT IS BECAUSE I HAVE SPENT 1685 ON THE ITEM AND IT PROBABLY COST ALMOST WHAT DAREN IS RECEIVING. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AFTER SPENDING THIS 1685 WITH LAZADA.

EVEN IF THERE IS NO FAULT WITH LAZADA, HOW WOULD ANYONE WILL HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IN THEM AGAIN IF ALL DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY NINJAVAN???
