I really wonder how Lazada can use a shipping company like that. I ordered by Lazada an item express delivery for an extra express fee with the delivery the same at least within 24 hours. Everything confirmed from Lazada with a date of delivery and tracking nr at Ninja van.

Shipping company contacted me by text message after 3 days at noon they are going to deliver"!!! I replied their text I am working all afternoon so please change the address and deliver to my work address I provided them what is difference of 1 km.

No reply no deliver, driver comes afternoon in my home address and in status from Lazada changed trying to deliver but recipient not reached. After contacting theit customer service after work at night no reply. Next day after lunchtime no delivery again so i canceled my order by Lazada.

Hope Amazon finally start business in Philipines this year and find a good shipping company not to get customers lost like Lazada because of using services like that.
