Incompetent staff of Ninja Van!!!! The company is a piece of ***
I ordered my item from Lazada and they courier it via ninja van malaysia. Prior to the delivery, i changed my contact number so i am reachable therefore i called the customer service and assured me to do so.
On the same day of delivery, my package was failed to deliver as they could not reach me since they have NOT changed the number. They again rescheduled my parcel on the next day with assurance to change the number. On the second delivery date, my item was not delivered again due to contact number was not changed! hence i called again found out that the number hasnt changed therefore the delivery man contacted the wrong number.
On the 3rd attempt of delivery which i waited for another 3 days, my NUMBER was NOT changed again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! delivery failed and for the third time it got into my nerves i called, spoke to customer service again obviously nothing was changed. The third person promised to arrange a delivery by the next day and ensure the contact number is changed. I found out while checking on line that the next day the parcel was not arranged to send to me but to re send to seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what the *** is this? How come Lazada hires such a *** courier like this!!!!?
Now i dont know if the item wil ever get to me. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
