My item lost, Ninja Van asked me to contact seller for refund which I stupidly did and got a slap on the face, seller checked the delivery accepted by them, how can they refund me if it is not the seller's fault. So email ding dong, many different persons apologized then escalated to lazada a lady named Dana Xu, I thought she is higher post can settle the issue but ended up she just said "Thanks you', case closed.

Never ever use Ninja Van unless you prepare item lost and just live with it. Tracking: NV-01688-A00052211 This incident happened in Singapore, so Ninja Van sucks in all countries they operated in.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ninja Van Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Not serious in their business.
