Ninja Van - False Information

So they texted me that the parcel would arrived this morning. I was shocked because I ordered it 3 days ago. I checked it at shopee and ninja van website and said that the item would be delivered today, 10:00 o'clock am after that I noticed that a man riding a motorcycle stopped in front of my house so I asked him if he was a courier from ninja van and he said yes, i came inside and picked up the money but when I went outside, he was gone .

Ninja Van - LAZY!!!!!!

I was expecting my order to the said address I wrote in my order which is my house. Then they deliver my package on our store!! Please inform me atleast that they already deliver my order to different address! Even if the receiver is my immediate family they should have inform me first since im the one who ordered!!!! they are too lazy to go to different address!!! im so pissed!!!!

Ninja Van - Worst courier!

The rider picked up my parcel, then order was cancelled at shopee app. Rider didn't sent me any email or gave me a waybill. Now, ninja van is asking for proof of picked up that their rider failed to do. I can't get my parcel back. In short, ninja van stole it!
