I am a seller on Lazada and Ninjavan was designated as our courier. They OFTEN damage my item and customers would return them to me.

My items are well bubble wrapped and comes with at least 2-4 fragile stickers attached to them.

When you contact Ninjavan to claim for your item, they make it very hard to claim from them or only partially refund you.

Using Ninjavan have made me lost hundreds of the money i earn from selling online.

I have to pay for their incompetence and mistakes. Being a seller with them is like having to be their brother and bear losses with them.
