Once again Ninja Van Bais hub showed its incompetence, its lies and its laziness, no one showed up at my home to make my deliveries, even though it was specified on the Ninja Van website that the packages were being delivered . What a shame Ninja Van Bais hub, a team of lazy liars. The manager of BAIS-BAC-WV and his team of lazy people must be fired without delay, they are incompetent and notorious liars.

Delivered my parcel badly damaged/ crushed carton box . seems like they managed to tape it back but contents inside still crushed . Email them with photos evidence, replied saying will look into this matter but still no response after 3 days . Not my first bad experience with them . Not even worth a star..would give half a star if I could.

The courier name KHAIRUL AZMIL keep causing me trouble. I opt for COD but he keep forcing me to pay to him before I receive my items.

If not he will get mad at me. Then what's the point of using COD then? Okay i tolerated, then I only ask to take photo to make sure the package is delivered safely on the right location and details, because previously he put wrong number to popbox and that makes me cannot open and take my parcel. I need to buy from physical store due to shortage.

I get mad because of his attitude. But instead of reflecting on his mistakes, he BLOCKED me and refuse to deliver my parcel. Make false report saying im not home, that i reject the parcel (when in actuality he doesnt even contact me at all!) he do that to run from his responsibilities! He definitely got no balls!

So unprofessional in work.

Back then even if he were to deliver my item he would expect me to be there in one seconds! Refuse to wait. Doesnt inform me beforehand. he recycle old conversations to use as fake proof on his lazada submission!

Please do something to him! We dont need such service here! Why are you causing us customers problem just because you are understaffed?? I keep wasting my time reporting to lazada and ninjavan back to back.

For many many times!!! Im tired!!! Stop causing me trouble!

Ninjavan said cannot do anything to him due to understaffed. What??

Im okay if he change his attitude but not at all! It's a shame that a big company like ninjavan still insist to be needing such trash to keep going. You will not be better if you dont improve the quality of service!

Aim to be like GRAB. Few offence and the offenders will be suspended/terminated/banned.

Be strict on the discipline. Customer happy. So we all willing to pay even at higher price due to trusted quality.

Thats how actuall business work on their growth!Please think in the long term! And stop keeping useless drivers!

If i can give 0 star, i would choose 0.

Shipment delay for no good reason, they overwork their employee and give impossible number of work. And customer is the one who need to pay the price. Can't even track my shipment for 2 weeks .

Choose another delivery service. Worst that I've seen. They lost my parcel. Delivery person (Keith) refused many times to deliver. Customer service is not reading feedbacks, nor taking any action. Delivery person used my personal number to call me in the middle of the night, 10 times in a raw.

Twice they said they attempted delivery, I was at home all day and no attempt was made at all. Next they said that the customer had requested a reschedule, no, I did not. I think if the item does not fit on a motorcycle then they simply don't bother to attempt to deliver it, this is not the first time, they are consistently bad, goodness knows why Lazada allow them to handle shipments, I would not trust them with anything to be honest.

I didn't order the parcel delivered by Ninja Van, hence your deliveryman has no right to insist on cash delivery and forced me to accept the parcel. To pay, I need to confirm the order.

If not my order, I have every right not to pay and not to receive the parcel. Ninja Van's responsibility is to ensure smooth and proper deliveries and not to command forced acceptance of parcels.

Im writing in perspective from both buyer and seller. Ive never bother to write BAD reviews about anyone online before.

NINJA VAN is my first. This is how DISAPPOINTED I am, in NINJA VAN.

To any SELLER in the world:

NEVER ENGAGE NINJA VAN as your courier service. If not, you sellers will have to deal with ALOT OF customers complain yourself (后果自己负责)

Reason:

Ninja Van will DELIBERATELY fail 2 delivery attempts and send the parcel back to seller (bear in mind that you will still need to pay for the 2 failed delivery attempts as a seller).

Ive personally experienced it myself as a seller ALOT OF TIMES (despite sharing feedback to Ninja Van MANY TIMES, NOTHING WAS CORRECTED). This is how DISHONEST NINJA VAN is!!

This are ALL TRUE!!!

From a customer perspective, I personally experienced it myself that NINJA VAN leaving my 55 TV outside my unit!!!

Therefore, I want to scream out to any sellers in the world to NEVER ENGAGE NINJA VANs service!!!
