I bought a product from lazada and chose the express delivery. The item supposed to be delivered by 15 May 2018, and until now (17 May 2018) the item is still nowhere.

I have called the customer service hotline more than 5 times in two days. All the stupid PIC keep saying the same thing and giving the FAKE promise, "Your items will be delivered by today". When I ask, how can I know the current location of may item, they just simply said "your item already out with our driver".

Stupid answer. Stupid tracking system. Stupid customer service.

Dont ever use this Van Ninja....just a pencuri van!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Stupid.
