2 failed pick-ups. This has to be the worst company that actually doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
I talked to these three useless people at the call center Ridzuan, Daren, Sree and all were incredibly useless.
They would not transfer me to a supervisor or have my parcel picked up at the allocated time. For example, they were supposed to pick up my parcel at 1800-2200 on Monday. No one showed up - their excuse, the number they had for me was incorrect however, they used the correct mobile number to drop off my parcel days earlier? Secondly we rearranged delivery the following day and again same issue. This time the driver called me at 11:45am to ask if I was home. I said no, but the delivery was booked for 1800-2200.
Still... no one.
