Ask for a reschedule on Sat. Waited whole day yet no delivery came. But yet claimed he did came (even the driver did came but I wasn't around, he should give a call on my phone but NO call also)
Had to call ninja van to ask where is my items. To my horror, item was item back to sender.
Call CSO and ask, CSO everything don`t know. Get the CSO to check, took 4 days just to call and tell me, my item no longer in the warehouse.(on it way back to the sender)
Then the CSO still have the cheek to ask me contact my sender.
Now my item costing $1k is lost
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Suck service.
