I had ordered an item in Jan, and the estimated delivery was the 1-3rd of Feb. After a delay of 2 days, I tried to inquire about my purchase, and then these idiots tell me that they have lost the item after a 'full investigation'.
I had to run behind them, making phone calls and sending multiple emails to find out what is going on and whether or not I will get a replacement. All they did was ask me for some patience, and am left hanging without my purchase. Bull *** company, no integrity at all.
I don't understand why the *** Lazada partnered them - they are losing face as well. I hope this company goes bankrupt and the CEOs end up as failures
